Edgar mainly helps with computers, laptops, printers, email and basic problems with programs such as Microsoft Office. He takes the time to go through the problem calmly and makes sure you understand what has been solved.

What exactly does a visit cost?
You choose a package with a fixed price up front (from € 55). That price covers the time stated with the package, so you always know the price before we begin. Only hardware and materials are billed separately, and always after consulting you.
Are there any unexpected costs?
No. We work with fixed package prices precisely to avoid surprises. If a job runs over, you hear about it first and you decide whether we continue at the normal rate of € 15 per quarter of an hour.
How quickly can you come?
Often within 48 hours in the Utrecht region. By arrangement, an evening or Saturday is also possible. Is it urgent? Call or message us, and we will see what is possible.
I am afraid of losing my photos or files.
We understand that well. With the Safe Transfer & Backup package we set up a backup before anything changes, so your photos and files are always safe.
Do I need to understand technology myself?
No, that is not necessary. You explain in your own words what is not working. We solve it and calmly explain what is going on, in plain language.
Which towns do you visit?
Utrecht and the surrounding area, including Nieuwegein, Zeist, Houten, De Bilt, Bunnik, Maarssen and Vianen. No call-out charges in the region. Beyond that by arrangement, against a reasonable travel allowance.
